What and why
Employees are the backbone of any business, keeping them engaged and motivated is essential for any company.
In an effort to incite employees, Canon required internal activation seen by their hard workers the moment they enter the office. We devised a “Wall of Firsts”! This featured an interactive wall with suggestion cards on one side and a screen on the other. With the main aim of ushering in new experiences within their employee, the campaign saw suggestions of new “firsts” ranging from mild to crazy exciting levels.
This was also elaborated upon on individual screens of the employees via emails, leading them to photography/videography workshops and started a fun competition internally with a grand prize.
