What and why
This was about music and those who truly enjoy it. It was also about a very cool promotion that gave customers who bought a pair of Lacoste shoes, the chance to download 10 free songs, in partnership with Universal Music. They would also be part of a draw to win VIP concert tickets and a meet & greet with John Newman, in London.
The prize was big. So, how could you make something this exciting even bigger? You mix a strategically planned campaign with craftily executed digital creative. The bilingual, digital campaign was designed and created to target the audience in spaces most relevant to them. The campaign consisted of social media posts, web banners, radio spots and an entire Dubai Mall digital dominance and screen takeover. A special video was developed to embody the excitement and essence of the campaign.
PS: This was the first-time Universal Music outsourced and approved work crafted by an outside agency, safe to say, Hatch likes to throw that in every now and then.
